My 4 children purchased a Die Hard portable power unit for me on my birthday in September of 2009. It worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. With the unit full charged, it would only work for about 15 minutes and then made a loud humming sound and the ERR mode would come on the screen and the unit would then shut off. If I waited for 15 minutes or so, it would work again for a short time and then do the same thing. I took it to the store and they insisted that I provide a receipt which I do not have nor do my children, but I know it was a gift on or around my September birthday in 2009. The sign over the auto center that states: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR MONEY REFUNDED! This is false advertising and I intend to persue this matter on a legal level and get the local TV stations involved to prove that Sears does not live up to their own advertisement on their stores unless this problem is resolved. I have been a Sears card member since 1972 and NEVER had any problem with Sears/Kenmore products + we have have 4 Die Hard batteries in each of our 4 vehicles and all Kenmore appliances in our home. The store manager & associate said there was nothing he can do
