I brought in my 2 year old vacuum cleaner for simple maintenance and a tune up. It was working fine except the suction was not working as well as it used to. I brought in the vacuum on 9/15. It was returned to the shop on 9/27. I get it home and it doesn't even work at all!!! No power, nothing, zip. They killed my well running vacuum cleaner. I have spent the last 5 hours getting the run around from corporate. I finally got the local store #8032 to answer their phone after letting it ring for over 15 minutes. For what??? To get no resolution other than I have to bring it back in for them to spend another 2 weeks with my vacuum.

GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
