Sears was called to repair the stove 10-19-10. My request was to have the bent feed on the back of the stove repaired as it was bent when we moved the stove. Unit was not hooked to the gas line at that time. Repair tech commented that unit was checked for leaks and unit ok. He was paided $138.51 check #9502 as he insisted he had completed any work needed on the stove. Knowing the stove was in need of repair as it had a visible hole in the gas line and the connector pipe was in my hand, I call another repair service 10-20-10. He found the stove in complete disrepair and stated it needs complete disassembly to replace regulator to manifold and to safety pipes. I handed him the large connector pipe I had from the back of the stove. Knowing for sure that sears had done nothing to repair my stove, I went to my bank 10-20-10 and stopped payment on check #9502.
