In 4/08, bought Craftsman Lawn Mower. Have brought it in for repair going on 7 times now. I have a great lawn which I have taken good care of. However, so many times I have gone to mow, and mower didn't work for various reasons. I am 67, my husband 72. Not easy to lift mower in car ev/ery time. Besides that, I thought Craftsman was supposed to be good. That's why I bought this brand. I am irate! Here it is 10/20/09, I want to mow, put down seed, fertilizer and lime, and I can't mow my lawn first (which I have to - even just for the leaves)!! I think they should give me a new one!!! Been online for 1 hr. Still can't find out how to contact president of company
