Ordered a complete nursery set for granddaughters soon arrival. I was promised that all 4 pieces were included in price. So, I ordered the set, not knowing after arrival to daughter, that 3 pieces were not included in price. Called sears they verify that all 4 pieces were included in price. On the other end, CSN says that only the crib and part of the hutch are included. Would have never ordered it knowing that sooner. It turns out that the set was discontinued. Nice to know. In the meantime, daughter has crib put together as she does not want the baby without one, neither do I. Since then I have tried numerous times to get pieces that come close to matching this set delivered to daughter, but to no avail. In the meantime, daughter is all upset that they won't have furniture for the baby's arrival. I try everything to settle this. The next best thing to do is stop payment on credit card, and notify the Better Business Bureau about both stores. I don't recommend you shop at either of these stores.
