I was told by our moving company that I should notify Sears to send someone to bolt/stabelize our washer and dryer prior to transporting them. In three occasions I was told by sears representatives that this can be done and we were under warantee and an appointment was made three days prior to us moving. On the day that a repair person was supposed to be over (I was given a time frame between 1pm-5pm) at five o'clock I noticed no one had showed up. I called sears to find out what the delay was and I was told that the repair person cancelled the appointment(without contacting me even though I took the day off ) because sears does not perform this service.Obviously sears reps do not seem to know what services they offer, they misinform and do nothing to solve their mistakes. I would never order anything from them because u are dealing with incompetant and ignorant reps. The only thing they care about is to get a sale only .
