I purchased a frontload Whirlpool washing machine in 2007 from Sears in Statesboro, Ga. I have the Master agreement protection plan. I have called repairmen out over 10 times to check out this machine. It may work for a month or teo and then I have to call again. They have replaced the water pump three times. Replaced the rubber shoe once. and several times to get something clogged out of the pipe. I am so fed up with calling them out for repairs on this machine over annd over. The repairmen keeps telling me to was my under garments and socks in a garmet bag. I have never in my life had to do this. This is an upscale frontload washer and I have had nothing but problems. The repair guy told me its a gap in the bottom of the washing machine and my socks somehow gets caught in that gap. If you know what the problem is then fix it. Thanks! Tonja Gore
