Leo has a business license for towing but he is doing a side job without a license of mechanic and buy & sell of cars. My friend had him work with the car and pay him for the job done but my friend went back telling him that the car was broken because of his job, now he wants to do the job again but asking for more money and the worst case he just want my friend to sell the car. I think he did it in purpose so he could buy the car and fix it that way it should be and then sell it for higher price. When he do towing, he also tells customer the condition of their car so they will sell it to him then fix it and sell it on higher price. Just beware of this business.
