We previously ordered from Seattle Coffee Direct in 2008 and cancelled shortly thereafter. This past month I was billed for $79 from each company to my credit card. No order was placed. Both companies have the same P.O. Box address on their respctive websites and the same options on their IP telephone system. After leaving many messages, I finally reached a real person"Steve" who took 11minutes to "find my file" citing computer issues. I advised "Steve" that I was recording the conversation and he was cooperative as I explained my plight. He further stated that there had been an issue with the companies servers and that there had been numerous mistaken charges. "Steve" said my credit card would be refunded in one to two weeks. We'll see. "Steve"gave their physical address as 5303 Howard st, Niles IL(he didn't know the Zip), Web search gave the physical address as 990 Grove st #204, Evanston IL 60201. I used 847-424-0954 as the number to reach them.
