In December I signed up for an introductory coffee subscription. Not long after, I received an e-mail stating the order had been canceled. Later I noticed reoccurring charges to my credit card: 12/23, 1/03, 1/30, 2/20 from Seattle Coffee and Bellezza Coffee.

I've NEVER received ANY coffee from them!

When I spoke to them on March 6th, Seattle Coffee aka Bellezza Coffee indicated they had the wrong address on file, admitted they canceled the first order because it was rejected by the recipient (at the wrong address), continued to ship the remaining orders to the wrong address, and agreed to credit my account for the $141. 85 erroneously charged to me. I was told is would take 7-10 days to process... but no credit yet!
