I orderd the $25.00 introduction offer. The ad stated that coffee was sent twice a month. I was charged the $25.00 on May 14th, on May 16th I was charged $38.95 and the second order was shipped. I called before I even got the first order and asked what the second charge was. The service person said they ship twice a month! I told her I understand that but there should be a two week interval between shipments for the coffee to be "fresh". She said "No, we ship twice a month. I told her to cancel my membership and I would send back the coffee. She said when the packages get back to them, then I would be credited the money back into my account. I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she would call me back. She called back later in the day. I told her I wanted the second charge credited back to my account immediately and the first was being picked up by UPS in the morning. This was Wednesday the 20th, I haven't gotten the refund as of 6:20 pm today. This company is a rip off!!! I will not order anything from anywhere without checking for complaints. I am to the point I am not using my debit card/credit card to order anything on the internet. PAYPAL is the only way to go!!
