Seattle Coffee Direct aka World Bean Cafe --- Stay away from it! We ordered the introductory package for $2.00. Their web site says there will be automatic shipments twice per month for $38.95. A bit much, but... ok. However, in the fine print, there is a statement that says shipments may be "more or less frequent". This is their way of saying... "We are going to send you a shipment every 2 to 3 days and automatically charge your credit card $38.95 for each shipment. We placed this order on August 19th, 2009. We received a charge on the 20th, another on the 23rd, another on the 28th, and another on the 31st. At that point we realized something was amiss and we canceled. UNBELIEVABLE!!! When I called Seattle Coffee Direct and asked what the deal was they said "the computer sets up the shipment frequency, we have no control over it". OMG!!! How stupid they think we all are! Everyone knows that computers are programmed. They do nothing they are not told to do!

This company has no business being in business and should be shut down by the commerce department immediately. It is unethical, unscrupulous, and downright unAmerican.
