Yep, me too. Ordered the 2 cups, 2 travel mugs, and two 12-ounce bags of coffee for $25.00. Then, left town for a week's vacation. When neighbor brought mail over he had been collecting, had 5 packages of coffee (2 bags of 12-ounces each). I did not order additional coffee. I went online to check credit card account. In addition to the authorized $25 charge, there were nine (9) additional charges of $38.95 (that's $350.55 in unauthorized charges - so far). Remember, we were only gone a week (5/13/09-5/20/2009). I called Seattle Coffee Direct aka Metro's phone, talked with a woman and told her I did not want any additional coffee and to stop sending it. She said she would cancel account and send an email to confirm cancellation (never received). I talked with VISA - they were very helpful and said we would receive forms to fill out to complain and to refuse delivery of any more packages. We returned to UPS the five packages received thus far. I will follow-up this complaint with a letter to the BBB in Illinois as we should all do. I am hoping we receive credits for the unauthorized charges and that this "company" gets its hands off our VISA. I have noted that the credit card charges vary in their name each time they debit our account: Metro Direct Coffee, Metrodirect.com and the last one is MetroCoffeeRoasters - like we're not going to notice. Please stop the madness!
