I saw their ad for 5 items for $5. and I ordered it. no where in the ad did it state that you would be joining a Coffee Club. Well I received my order and I was charged $25.00 so I said oh each item was $5.oo. but then I recieve 2 bags of coffee the following week so I called ans stated that I didn't order the coffee. Then is whe the representative state I had enter a Coffee Club by purchasing the promotion items. He stated I can send the items back and get my refund. and told me by the way they have sent out another shippment so I migh as well wait till that item arrives before I see the coffees back in the mean while my Account was debited 38.98 each time something was sent to me.

it's been about 2 weeks now I still haven't received my refund, and when I called I was told it takes 3-5 weeks for them to refund a customer.

Bad service and false ad.
