I recently was charged $39.95 to my checking account via a substitute check. The scan copy of the substitute check even had "Bank of America" on the top, but if you read the pay to order section, you see Secret Cash Card. I have since disputed the charge. Unfortunately I could not find an address to try to report them to the better business bureau. I would just say watch your accounts regularly and dispute any and all charges from Secret Cash Card.
