They've blocked the IP of an email server. The process for verifying that an email server is legit is not rocket science. But they want access thru our firewall to test it, and that's crazy. And if you try to discuss alternatives with them they just start their helpless act saying "I'm sorry, but there's nothing that I can do". They referred me to their "office of the president". Ya right, that'll work.
