bought a security camera worth $164.39 and the order number is 35744-DD from http://www.dinodirect.com/. But they didn't send me the receipt with the value and other information about the product when I bought it. This company is a little strange because they sell products from China through Singapore. The security camera isn't what I thought it was and its bad and I need a RMA for this Item, so I sent an email by [email protected] and they did not return my email and the second time i tried they blocked my IP and I can't send anymore emails. But I can still find them on the support chat. they gave to me a strange address in China and they are saying to me this item never arrived overthere in China. I lost my money and the Item too, and also the USPS doesn't have any information about where is it. This company doesn't give the receipt so they don't pay tax to rob the government and the customers.
