On 12/22/09 the amount of 19.28 was taken from my account without my consent I spoke with one of this company employees by phone but they are saying that this non-refundable. Also that was done 11/18/09 if why didn't I hear from this company until now if I have to I will consent in a lawery because this totaly baded business.
