I booked concerts tickets for Muse on 18/11/2009 and still haven't received them. I sent an email via the website and obtained no answer. Additionally, I spent hours (and a fortune on premium numbers) on the phone but could not get through to anyone. As it stands my money has been taken from me a year ago and I received nothing.
