Ordered an item before xmas which was advertised as immediate despatch. The money was taken from my card the day the order was placed. The item did not arrive so beginning of January I emailed them through their 'contact us' section on their website, to say the order did not arrive in time and is therefore no longer required. Received an automated response to say email had been received. At the end of January I recieved an email from the Sales Team to say my order had been despatched!! I emailed straight back to advise the order was not required and that they had been advised of this 3 weeks previously. No response. I have since emailed them on their 'helpdesk@' email address as well as through the website, but have never received any response, the goods or a refund!!
