I paid for subscription in full by checks and verified with the company in 2006. I received a letter in 2006 that the account was satisfied. Here it is two years later and they have charged my credit card twice, once for $289.99 and $189.99. I called the Company to try to settle the matter and Judy Nye, the accountant as they referred to her, said "too bad it was a cancellation fee". She offered some copies and I asked her if they were a corporation and who one of the officers were. She said she was not giving that information and tuff sh--. If I wanted to sue I would have to go to Florida and then she hung up on me. I called back three more times only to be left on hold and then to be given the run around.
