My complaint deals diectly with The Sleep Number Bed Company. I have no fight with them when they claim it's the Best Bed on the market. I should know I am disabled because of my back. So it gets an A+ for what it does. However the Warranty is where we part ways. I am a fairly older gentleman and can rememer when a 10 oz. Coke was 6 cents, and also there were gas wars and I seen gas for 19 cents a Gallon. So I've een around the block a few times. The reason I bring all this up is because back then you could shake a mans hand and it was as good as a lawyer prepared doc. So with Select Number - Select Comfort, Sleep Number bed and I sit down with a man and he told me straight up ( This is a 20 year warranty and they will pay for it to e fixed no matter what he deal. Well guess what he lied.
Turns out I fit in the spot of a 60% - 40% . In other words I have to pay a lot of money. I think we should all have a tape recorder for your telephone and for those salesman who come to the house a good one to sit on the coffee table. I am sick to death of large companies getting over on, or just doing what they damn well please. What ever is best for the company. What about me????? Don't I deserve to be told the truth?
