I had an account with an internet company, and after failing to notify me about my account not being debited, it got sent to a debt collector company (the defend). The notified me about the account being handed over and I made arrangements with the payments in 3 installments. After the 3 installment (June 2010) I requested a response should my account still be due No reply A week later the internet company sent me a quote stating that I am 0.00 due and I decided to continue living. Now 3months later I want finance for a motor cycle and I am getting declined everywhere because apparently I am still due on my account! This is after failing to notify me of being due!

This company has a very bad respond network. I failed to get responds after making payments and now I still cant get finances!
