We did the rapid tax refund through a tax service. ONLY to find out my wife's ex used thier daughter on HIS taxes ILEGALLY. We had the money so we had to file an admendment and we sent 3 legal proofs that my wife has Primary Physical Custody of thier daughter. Which mean he can't use her unless she fill out a form giving him that right. NOW this Household bank calls twice a day at home and my work place (Which is harassement and illegal). They know as soon as the IRS get's this mess straightened out they will get the money. They are Rude, Ignorant and can't understand the reason it is NOT in our hands but in the IRS's hands.
