I was at the Shell Gas Station on 14512 West Road, Houston, TX, 77095... It is the one on West and Jackrabbit Road. I normally go to this gas station because its the closest to my apartment. The man inside normally has no problem selling me cigarettes and beer with my drivers id. Today I did not put on my make up and only dried my hair, when I decided to go and get some cigarettes. I walked up to the counter and had to wait 3 minutes while to man walked around... he looked right at me and continued to walk around... when he finally asked me what I wanted he asked for my ID like usual (which I have no problem with because I do look young) but when I gave him my ID he said this doesn't look like you and said that he would not sell me the cigarettes. I told him that my debit card has my picture on it and I had other cards with my picture (all with different pictures). He refused to even look at them. I told him that picture was taken 6 years ago and tried to point out that I had no make up on right now and in the picture I obviously did. He said that's not my problem. The man has sold me beer and cigarettes many times before with no problem (just a snippy attitude and his rolling eyes) when I had my make up on. This is ridiculous... I wish I could do more than just post it on complaint sites.
