Seneca Hinds is a true scam, he had continued conversations with me regarding a web design, until I paid him in full, then I never heard from him again, until I reported him to PayPal to fight for my refund of which he's now refusing to return to me. I now have to go through my credit card company to dispute at this point. I am very upset and he should be put out of business.
