I was checking my bank account and noticed 11 unauthorized charges on my pending transactions. Thank god its pending because it gave mne time to stop all charges one being Sensible Hlp.com. They gave me an comformation number of 110129116251 to cancel the transaction.. This is should an invision of privacy and very inconvincent. I have to go the bank and get a new card and sign all these paper to stop all these charges. Thanks for listening

my name is Debbie A. Casini. I did not authorize the use of my visa card to sensible hlp.com for $1.00 I would like to have this refunded to my account. They gave me a cancellation#110161222888 which I never ordered. the last 4 digits on my card is 9286. i was also told they would refund me $34.62.
