We currently have 10 units covered by Sensible Home Warranty contracts. In the almost two years we have placed maybe four (4) calls for service, out of those 4 calls we have not been reimbursed for 1 repair which we had to end up calling our own contractor in for repairs. Another call is still currently open ( 4 days and a lot of lip service but no contractor to repair a blower motor in our heater furnace. House is holding at 58 degrees why should they care about that right? If anyone is looking for a reputable warranty company I have one home with 2/10 home warranty and have always received good service from them. Might want to think about that when you’re shopping around in the future. Bob
