remmber this name when you plan to hire SEO firm next time

I did hire SEO Phalanx (seophalanx.com) to do ongoing seo for my online business.

I did hire them and pay them $500 every mo for 3 mon by now and, so far they provide all the report, still dont see results as they told me it will take 6 months time, but after review their report and talk to other seo guy he told me they send you basic report and do nothing

well i notfiy them about it and get bad word from them, and we know what we doing etc...
i said ok they keep working for me but from this momont i dont get any report anymore, my site now show anywhere on the google yahoo bing, basic they do not do anything
now they dont even repsond to me and keep charge me monthly
