After applying for a trial product I called within time specified and canceled future shipments. Received a second shipment and called to send back and remove charges. Told all they could do was discount 50% and stop future shipments. Received third shipment. Called to inquire as to why and to have shipment returned and payment canceled. Rep. Casey #6220 informed me that discount was given so I would continue to receive shipments. That is not true and rep. Casey explained that if I returned shipment I would still be charged and package would be reshipped. Rep. Casey stated that my trial period has ended but I explained to him that I did in fact cancel previously within time frame. Rep. Casey only repeated himself saying that I did not cancel but rather agreed to future shipments when I agreed to discount. I informed him of the deception he is taking part in and stated that I was going to file complaint. Casey then stated that he would cancel future shipments but I am still responsible for present shipment. I do not agree to this and therefore am filing this complaint as this company obviously uses deceptive manners to defraud people of their money.
