We bought this mattress on 4/25/07. We spent most of the
summer in our vacation home in Ocean City. Even so, this
past Fall we noticed not small, but large indentations (lumps)
in the mattress. They continued to get worse. My husband,
Bill Anderson ([email protected]), sent you an e-mail on 1/16/08 which you acknowledged. You then requested a copy of the proof of purchase which we faxed to you on 1/18/08. We heard nothing. My husband followed up with an
e-mail on 2/4/08 and another 3/28/08.

I am starting over. We need someone to come look at this
