Setanta called me and asked if I would like to subscribe for 3 months at a special rate of 6.50 per month. I was dubious at first because I had problems in the past. In the end I agreed but only if the first payment could be taken out not before 28th October. They then took a payment of £6.50 on the 22nd October resulting in me being charged £28.00. I then received a letter advising me that the next payment would be on the 28th November but to my disgust they have taken another £6.50 out on the 10th November 2008 again resulting in me being charged a further £28.00. I have emailed several times and also written but with no response. This is an absolute disgrace.
