i gave verbal confirmation to setanta sports ireland to debit by credit card for a years subscription to their service, i received no written correspondance from them EVER and am outraged that this year they have again removed money from my card without MY KNOWLEDGE, CONSENT OR ANY WRITTEN OR VERBAL PERMISSION
i phoned them, completely stonewalled by them, they say i did not cancel the agreement (the so called verbal one) and are completely refusing to refund me, I feel my credit card was robbed almost as there was no written or verbal permission obtained by me.Disgraceful modus operandi, I will be taking this further, they are defrauding people, make no bones about it
