I have one of their Tankless Water Heaters with a “lifetime” warranty. What they don’t tell you is that repair parts take an extremely long time to get to you. They only ship via US Mail, or so they say. I offered to pay for overnight service but they refuse to do that. Bottom line my family and I have been without hot water for over two weeks while they get around to shipping the parts. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, don’t look for a helping hand, it’s not there. DON’T BUY A S.E.T.S. Tankless water heater. There are a lot of very reputable products out there, this isn’t one of them
