I was tricked into order the "free trial" bottle of AcaiBerry for $5.95, shipping and handling. I now find I have been billed on my charge card almost $89 for my second bottle. I got lucky and talked to someone on their instant chat line and have a print out that my account has been cancelled. But I also find two charges of $6.01 on my charge card with different names (but names that include Acai) and different toll free numbers, but whenever I dial either one, I get the same recorded message referring me to instant chat line at www.mytrialsupport.com. They say they have no record of charging anything but the initial $89.51 to my account and have no explanation for having the same answering message for each toll free number. Fortunately for me, I have a very understanding credit card company who is working with me on this
