Since Nov. 2008, they have stolen $284 from my checking account. I ordered a free trial bottle of Acai Berry. I did not remember to cancel any further orders until another bottle showed up in my mail box. They charged me for that bottle. I sent back the unopened bottle and the partial free trial bottle (did not work for me) with a letter telling them to cancel my order and refund my money, but they chose to continue to steal more money from my acct. Since that time they have stolen $284 and I never received any further shipments of the crap they are selling. The advertisement stated that it was approved by Dr. Oz and Oprah so it seemed reliable.

Please let me know if I can legally press charges against this company for stealing my money.
