No trial shipment received, I did receive, and was billed, for 2 full shipments to date. Unreasonable return / refund policy - product must be returned within 15 days of shipment - USPS tracking data indicates over 1/2 this 15 day time period was used to deliver the product. Company charges 30% for admin / handling / restocking fee.
