	Denise February 2, 2009 acai berry Tried to return product, you need to contact www. my trial support.com unale. Call 866-938-4832 disconnected. Need some kind of rma number to send by mail. Unable to contact ant one for number.
	Teresa Taylor January 17, 2009 Fraud I had placed an order for Acai Berry for $5.95 and when I tried to call and cancel the order I couldn't get nobody on the phone.This is a fraud and now the company will not respond to the customer.
	Carol Dennis January 15, 2009 acai berry cancelled order I ordered free sample, plus shipping, called next morning to cancel which she said was taken care of. Just rec"d sample in mail and called and was told to go to this web site with complaint. Just do not want to be charged for a pre cancelled order.

	Sandy December 6, 2008 Unauthorized charges Unauthorized charges of $88 & $94 within five days of each other. Credit card was cancelled. Called & was told these charges would be taken off my credit card on 11/29/08 and it was not. Instead received a package from this company which I haven't opened because I didn't order it. The telephone number tells you to go to a website mytrialsupport.com and this won't work either.
	November 28, 2008 DID NOT ORDER...... I RECEIVED A BOTTLE OF TOTAL CLEANSE TODAY. I DID NOT ORDER THIS... I ORDERED THE FREE SAMPLE SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, BUT, I DID NOT ORDER... THIS HAD BETTER NOT SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD. I AM CHANGING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TODAY... I EXPECT TO HAVE ANY CHARGES CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL CONTACT MY LAWYER OR GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN CHARLESTON, WV... I DID NOT ORDER THIS... WANDA STILL 123 THISTLE AVENUE SISTERSVILLE, WV 26175 I EXPECT AN ANSWER AT ONCE...
