Shaker Valley auto repair did an oil change and broke dip stick pressure fitting and stripped drain bolt. First problem caused oil to spill onto engine almost destroying engine due to catastrophic loss of oil. Alsoi resulted in extreme mess - $800 repair bill for parts and clean up. Stripped bolt required replacing drip pan - over $500 parts and labor. They did not even offer to refund price of oil change. This outfit is owned separately from Shaker Valley Auto whose owner, Bob Lacroix, is aware of these problems and has tried to help me with the repair shop owners. I do not want to see Bob tainted by the poor work done by the repair shop who purchased the business from him.
