WOW, i am shocked to be reading what i am reading about Shampooch of wantagh!! I had the worst experience i have ever had there ! My friend also. No one seem to care about my questions yes i am a very needy pet owner but so are a lot of needy pet owners out there and i just wasn't pleased with the attitude of the owner. And my friend also wrote a complaint and the owner took it down !! Why are you trying to hide these things? I never smelt marijuana in a grooming shop but i sure heard that someone did there and i sure will not bring my dog to a shop that does!! They also raised my price after having the same grooming price for years. I have had mandy as a groomer for a little over a year now but im sorry, its not the best around, and i have to say i went back to my old shop and the new groomer is GREAT! I will not be returning to Shampooch, and i am so glad that exotic paws is still going with their new groomer! Good luck shampooch of wantagh, i know there will be more people like me and my friend coming this way! I can not bring my dog somewhere like this place, im sorry.
