Worst customer service I've ever encountered! The sales rep was extremely rude and could care less that I had received the wrong item. When I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me. I called back and he yelled at me that he already told me to send it back if I didn't like it, but he was not willing to tell me what the procedure is for getting my account credited. Please warn people NOT to ever buy from this source!
