It didn't appears to me they were being as careful, as in the past, and didn't have many things wrapped. There were times they it seem they were taking there time and I had to interupt them and asked them to continue working.

This move could have been done, resonalbility, faster, with more care and less money.

After submitting my claim to them, they offered $60 as a settlement.

This was a complete insult for a repeat and loyal customer.

I will never use their services again and urge everyone to work with a company that stands by their price quotes and is responsible for their damages.
