The Owners are Shantae Lewis and David Lewis and Shantae had agreed to make my wedding dress for October 18th. I gave her half of the money at the first fitting in March and also had a second fitting at the end of August and was supposed to pick up the dress on September 20th and pay her the remaining cost of the dress when she called me to see if we could change the pick up date to September 30th because she was going on a "two week vacation with her family". I went to her home, since it is her home-based-business, and was not met by the dress of my dreams but by an abandoned house. Her neighbors confirmed that she moved out over two weeks ago. This is not professional at all, it is stealing, fraud and breech of contract.
