I purchased a 52" sharp tv on July 15, 2008. When it was delivered it had no power cord or manual book. The salesman brought me a power cord, but not a manual. Three calls later to the salesman and still no manual. A call to the floor manager produced the same results. NO MANUAL AS OF THIS DATE. Cons took my money for the product. Why can't I get what I paid for????? Needless to say I am a very unhappy customer. What does Conns intend to do about this?
