If this is SheAdvice.com:They don't respond to emails, they don't respond to phone messages left during what they purport to be their business hours - no one ever answers. I have money on account there, but am unable to make an appointment. They sent me a come-on to buy more time, so I responded to that - the only way I could get their attention. I was able to make an appointment that way, but they failed to keep it. I canceled my own appointments in order to be home for this one, and they didn't keep the appointment.
