Complete fraud. Not real uggs. Won't refund money. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a pair of "uggs" from this website a couple of months ago. I received the boots in the mail - they were not in a shoe box but rather stuffed into a box that was far too small for boots. They were clearly fake and the moment I tried to zip them up, they broke. I have been emailing "sam" back and forth ever since. They tell me - in broken english - to get them repaired, to sell them, etc etc etc. In the last email I threatened to report them across the internet and that is exactly what I am doing now.
