i dont understand why a bank as big as bank of america has such poor customer service. it takes an act of god to get ahold of a person by phone. i have never had so much trouble getting a hold of a customer service rep. with any other business. every number they provide sends you to the same automated phone service leading to a dead end.to me its obvious they dont care about their customers. they dont make their local business #s available to the public. so if you inquire any problems you always have to go to the bank and wait in line for 15-20 minutes and hopefully the can help you with your problem. very unsatisfied customer . i do not see staying with this bank.
