I travelled in EK flight to Lisbon from Maldives via Dubai & Heathrow. My baggage were mishandled and was left in London while i arrived in Lisbon. I kept my all documents in baggage and unfortunately i have to come back. this is disastrous and i lost big amount in monetray terms as well as pyschologically which has affted me.


Poor Services and Inefficient.
