Very expensive fees to open a mailbox and high monthly charges. Beware of the hidden fees !! If you want to get burned... then go their way.

I've just had a terrible customer service call with this company. It may be (and I can't tell, because there's nothing on my account with this website) that my billing and shipping address were either transposed, or something.

My account was put on hold, and on attempting to call their customer service to fix the matter, she was exceedingly rude throughout on the call, and just hung up on me after 3 minutes!

I got absolutely no useful information from the call except for unwarranted rudeness, and have never had any experience like this before.
