I am selling a fairly high-priced item on-line. The potential buyer lives here in the States (out-of-state), but the buyer is wanting to deposit the funds into my Paypal account, then is wanting me to ship it oversees. Once the funds have been deposited, then the buyer will give me the shipping address. Sounds a little fishy to me...any thoughts?
